My recruitment experience in the UK spans 19 years, during which I have specialised as an Executive Search Consultant with a strong focus on inclusive and safer recruitment, particularly in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Neuroinclusion.
I primarily work with charities and purpose-driven organisations, including B Corp Certified organisations, that are committed to building diverse leadership teams and enhancing recruitment processes to embed DEI principles. My work is dedicated to helping these organisations achieve positive social impact by recruiting talented leaders from diverse backgrounds. I also deliver recruitment transformation projects to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and build capability within hiring teams.
My entrepreneurial journey began with launching a Talent Assessment Hub enabling recruiters and HR professionals to find assessments easily. The hub hosts >400 assessments.
